Photo GalleryToday PEBs covers an ever-expanding portion of the Industrial building & the warehousing market as it provides many benefits over conventional construction. Pre-engineered buildings are steel buildings that are fabricated in the factory as per design & shipped to the site and bolted/assembled together. What distinguishes them from other conventional buildings is that the contractor also designs the building – a practice called design & build. This style of construction is ideally suited to industrial buildings and warehouses; as it is cost-effectively engineered and is fast to erect, and can also be dismantled and moved to another site.
Great speed is achieved because while the foundations and floor slab are being constructed, the beams and columns – the structural system – are being fabricated in the factory. Once the foundations and floor are done, the columns are shipped to the site, lifted into place by cranes, and bolted/assembled together. The project execution time of PEB is less as compared to conventional buildings. These buildings are also known as Pre-fabricated buildings or steel buildings.

DESIGNING FACILITY
- We have updated design and detailing tools like Staad-Pro, Advance steel ,3ds max, AutoCad, etc. and highly experienced designers to produce best quality designs with optimize costs. The design office offers intelligent engineering solutions and support pre-& post order functions with proposal, fabrication & erection drawings.
- Quality is maintained in accordance with universal codes like MBMA:96-2006 and IS:800 – 2007 as per utility of the building in consultation with the client.
MANUFACTURING FACILITY:
Spread over 1,25,000 Sq. Feet and having fully automated machinery like CNC Plate cutting, Automatic H-Beam Assembler, Beam rotator, Sheeting Profiling, accessories manufacturing machines etc for maintaining Production of around 800 Tons per month.
CNC PLATE CUTTING:
A CNC profile cutter is a metal plate cutting machine that utilises plasma and or oxy-fuel cutting technology to cut through metal.
Automatic H-Beam Assembler:
It is a revolutionary way for assembling and welding complete beam assembly in record time, without the need for human intervention.
Beam rotator:
Is an innovative system that assists the welding process helping welders to rotate beams without using a crane.
Sheeting Profiling:
A profiling machine is a piece of equipment used to process sheet metal. Using rollers during a continuous process, the desired profile is pressed on to the sheet metal.
Roll Forming machine:
It is a type of rolling machine which continuously bend a long strip of sheet metal (typically coiled steel) into a desired cross-section.

PRIMARY MEMBERS:
We are using high tensile steel 350 MPa for fabricating primary members. After fabrication, Surface of columns & rafters is cleaned by sand blasting after which one coat of primer & two coats of epoxy paint are applied on the surface.
PURLIN/SECONDARY MEMBERS:
BMT Purlin is cold form made from galvanized steel which has a minimum yield strength of 340 MPa / 240 MPa. BMT offer Z/C Purlin thickness in the range of 1.6 mm to 3 mm. Z section of Purlin is in the range of 150 mm to 250 mm.
ROOF AND WALL CLADDING:
SIDE /ROOF CLADDING: It is made up of color coated profiled sheets as per BMT standards.

SKY LIGHT: These are profiled to match roof cladding and for exact packing.

TURBO VENTILATOR: These are provided for proper ventilation of shed. BMT uses turbo with Polycarbonate or FRP base for alignment and leakproof arrangement.
RIDGE VENTILATOR: These are provided for proper ventilation along the length on Ridge.
LOUVER: These are provided to admit and air, but to keep out rain and direct sunshine.
CANOPY: It is an overhead roof structure to safeguard from direct rain.
MEZZANINE FLOOR: It is a raised platform that creates an open second floor in a high ceilinged space lined with balustrades and consists of independent support columns, main beams, joist and deck panels.
In warehouses and industrial environments where ceilings are typically high, having a mezzanine floor installed is the perfect way to utilize existing space to create more room for your stock and operations.
